Hi Pam, I'm sure their first get to gether will be a little easier for Quillan than it will be for Knies, though here's a thought what if they ended up playing on the same line. Now that would be interesting.

Quillan don't play last night for the Marlies and I just saw a someone has posted he has an upper body injury and is day to day. Its unfortunate but it looks like he is already a lock to be included as part of the Marlies playoff roster.

Hey guys, like most of you I was really disappointed with the way the Leafs played against Boston on Saturday. I was so disappoint I thought I would check out a Bruins fan site to investigate rumors that the Bruins fans were really pissed that Jacob Quillan had signed with the leafs. The site is forums.hfboards.com/threads/college-free-agent-talk-ii.2920509/page-25#post-194650274 and turns out the rumors are true. There are a number of posts about Quillan and how much they would love to have the Bruins sign him and it was more or less a certainty he would sign with the Bruins. There was even a poll asking which ncaa free agent the Bruins would sign Jacob Quillan or his team mate at Quinnipiac University Collin Graf, concidered by most as the # 1 NCAA college free agent they should sign. The Bruin fans voted 2OO to 100 in favour of signing Quillan over Graf. Of course signing Quillan doesn’t make up for lossing to Boston, at least in the short term but it did put a smile on my face reading the annoyed comments the Bruins fans made about lossing out on Quillan. Speaking of Quillan, I'm still hearing good things about his play with the Marlies. Yes he yet to score but I’m hearing he is getting chances. In fact in the last Marlies game he lead the team in shots on goal and was named the games third star even though he went point less which says something about how complete his game is.

Thanks for the info Finn. I don’t follow NCAA hockey so its very helpful. He sounds like a keeper.
