Recently TG asked me a question about email addresses for members. Since I didn't know the answer, I had to check it out.
The question TG asked was: Can "Guests," as in "Non Member Guests," see the email addresses of members if they don't have their email address hidden. As Administrator I can see everyone's email addy, so I had to log out and look in as a "Guest."
The answer to TG's question is: Yes, "Guests" can see the email address of LeafsChat Members if they don't have it hidden.
Solution: If you currently don't have your email address hidden and if you don't want "Non Member Guests" to see your email address, go to your profile and update it to hide your email address. If you want to email each other you can send an IM to the person and get it that way. Or we as Mods could pass it along, but only if it was okay with the member. We wouldn't pass on the email address between Members without permission from the Member.
As Administrator, I won't ever hide my email address. I want you to be able to contact me by any one of the methods I have in my profile.

After I found out it was possible for Non LeafsChat Member "Guests" to view Member email addresses, I had to let everyone know about it in case they didn't want it to be seen by Non Members.
