The name you're looking for Earn is Bernardo.
And speaking of those two, I recommend a book by Nick Pron titled "Lethal Marriage - The unspeakable crimes of Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka"
I've just about finished it now, and I learned quite a bit about these two people. He is by far the biggest sick b@st@rd I've ever heard of. He deserves the death penalty, that is of course after every prisoner gets the chance to do to him, what he did to those girls.

Thanks MB I will have to be on the look out for that book. I really truly think that people (sic) like him should be let out into the general prison population and the other prisoners should be briefed totally on all and everything that he had done, let the law of the prisoners take over. Just like Jeffery Dahlmer....

MB and Rusty, I don't recognize those two names. Were they Serial Killers or Pedophiles in Canada?
We have so many Serial Killers in the U.S. that I began tuning them out, so whether they are here or there I probably tuned it out when it was on the news.

Paul Bernardo was a cruel serial killer. I was really young when that happened so I can't really tell you what he did. On a more comic note, I used to think that Paul Bernardo was Brian Malroney's finance minister cause I used to hear his name of the radio all the time! LOL!!! I was really young and stupid! ;D

1. In one word, describe the Leafs season this far: Over, if we're talking about 2002/03
2. Best Leaf so far this season: Belfour, I guess
3. Worst Leaf so far this year: Lumme
4. Your favourite Actor & Actress: Hayley Joel Osment and Angela Lansbury. Ok, actually I guess it would be Johnny Depp, and Catherine Zeta-Jones
5. Your favourite "musical" artist(s): Long list; here's a cross-section: April Wine, Nickelback, Rush, Garth Brooks, Great Big Sea, Lifehouse, Creed, Blackhawk, The Tragically Hip, and some Tchaikovsky (who would dare to get stranded on a deserted island with ME???)
6. Your favourite all-time movie: Grand Canyon
7. Describe yourself in High School: The books were pretty easy to me in high school; never really prepared myself properly for university the first time around. Socially, I had a pretty decent hierarchy in place; a small but pretty close-knit circle of friends, followed by a few "second-tier" circles, followed by a lot of "casual acquaintances" on the periphery. Sort of like a bull's-eye, I suppose.
8. Do you own pets: A step-cat named Benny. My wife had him before we married.
9. Your biggest fear: Folding chairs. Followed closely by asphyxiation.
10.Your thoughts on George W. Bush: Scares the hell out of me, more so that Saddam or bin Laden
11.Death Penalty, Pro or Con: Con. Oh, wait, you mean for those who commit capoital crimes? Ok then, PRO.
12.Who will win the Cup: I hereby predict that the Devils will be the 2002/03 Stanley Cup champs. Ok, what did I win?
13.Will the Leafs make the playoffs, if yes, how far will they go: 1st round, out in 7 games. Man, this is too easy.
14.Your 3 favourite sports Franchises: Leafs, Dallas Cowboys, Manchester United.
15.Your 3 least favourite sports Franchises: Habs, Devils, and I guess the Redskins. Flyers are close, though.
16.For CL...1-3 words, describe Pat Quinn: Time for change.

10.Your thoughts on George W. Bush: Scares the hell out of me, more so that Saddam or bin Laden Bush is scary isn't he. I wouldn't say he scares me more than bin Laden and Saddam, but Bush does scares me as much as they do. At least I can rest at night with the knowledge I never voted for that Bozo. I didn't vote for his father either. In My Opinion, the father is a wuss and the son is a war hungry psycho.

Combine the 2 Pam..and MAYBE it would make a decent president I doubt it. They are both crummy as far as I am concerned. If we combined father and son he would still be a rotten President. I just don't like them, period!! They are Republicans and I am very Anti Republican.

In about 6 years or so...Mr. Schwarzenegger will run your country ;D. Here's a ironic history lesson/fact. Name the last Austrian born politician that moved to another country and got into politics...ending up running the country?! Yup..SCARY thought

In about 6 years or so...Mr. Schwarzenegger will run your country ;D. Not if I can help it! The last time we had an actor running California and then the Nation it was bad for both California and the Nation. I'm voting against Schwarzenegger in California's Recall election (he needs to stay in Hollywood with all the other actors). Boy what a joke this is turning out to be!! Most of the signatures for recall were made in Southern California. The guy that started it all wasn't getting much support as a Candidate so he withdrew from the Recall election race. Last I heard, the Recall has already cost California $66 mil all because of the bozo that started this whole thing. The idea is for California to not spend money and this bozo is causing California to spend. If this bozo really wanted to help California he should have contributed money instead of starting this fiasco. This whole thing embarrasses me to admit I'm a Californian. First Florida and now California. Makes me want to get out of the United States permanently.

10.Your thoughts on George W. Bush: Scares the hell out of me, more so that Saddam or bin Laden I think that I know where you're coming from...... I'd rather have dinner with Bush than Saddam or bin Laden but Bush in my eyes is pretty scary. It's crazy what's going on in countries like Russia & Germany regarding their opinion about Bush. (extremely, extremely negative) The anti-Americanism has been extremely intensified in some countries. (from the media sources I watch.....CBC Newsworld, CTV Newsnet, CNN, MSNBC, BBC World, RDI) I think in France they're just P.O.ed....but the anti-americanism there has intensified as well. The Americans will surely be more scared of bin Laden because of what happened to them on 9/11 and I don't blame them. The media is different here in Canada or France (I get to watch the French news on RDI sometimes) or Germany or Great Britian.... What makes the world scared of Bush....."You're either with us or against us....." It's like you seriously don't know what he has in mind next....you may disagree with me though. With Bush.....it's the richer gets richer and the poorer gets poorer. His ficticious tax cuts is something that I just can't figure out. U.S. gets richer....and the others get poorer....that's what I'm seeing. I'm in the lumber business and he has made Canada poorer in that sector.....and he has created job losses in his own country in the lumber industry as well. Quebec, Maritimes & British Colombia are all big lumber producers and cause of the softwood lumber tax....mills in Washington, Vermont, Maine & other states in Northern U.S. have closed down. If you ask me...it's all a racket about the stock market. (you may disagree with me on that one) I've said it before and I'll say it again.....I'm not anti-american.....if I have a problem with someone it's because of him or her and not the individual's nationality. Here's my advice....you don't have to take it but I have to let it off my chest......Howard Dean for President.

Most of the signatures for recall were made in Southern California. Gary Coleman, Larry Flynt, 2 porn stars.....etc. LOL....sorry Pam but it is a joke! You make a good point about the last time an actor was governor of California....that certain guy to me was almost scary like Bush if you ask me. (weapons in space.... ....sorta freaks me out personally) I hear so many bad things about governor Davis....could you fill me in on what's the big deal about him?

i would LOVE to have dinner with bush. after some southern fried chicken and hush puppies, (and a nap), i would ask him is he really that stupid, or is it just an act. Arnold needs to go back to making movies. it's crazy him running for governer! Ben Affleck made a funny a couple of days ago, saying he didn't know that Actors were getting states, and he wanted Ohio; was Ohio free? Pammy: if you DID move out of the States, come to Ontario. 1: Leafs 2: HNIC double 3: free health care 4: no actors as governers!
