My own mother passed away just over 10 years ago but there isn't a day that goes by that she's not thought of. I can imagine there is no more rewarding feeling than that of being a good mother.

Gerard, I know what you mean. My mother passed away 3 weeks after I was 28. That was half my lifetime ago, but I still think of her. She wasn't just a great mother, she was my best friend. The best reward I could give my mother was to be the best mother I could be. If I was even half the mother she was, then I would have rewarded her. I like to think I've succeeded. P.S. Glad to see your PC is fixed. I've missed seeing you here.

Happy Mother's Day Pam (and all the other Mom's on this site).
My Mom is 67, and is an amazing woman. My father and mother just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary a couple of weeks ago.
She is the best mom, and a wonderful grandmother too. Like you said Pam, I hope I can be as good a Mom to my three kids as she is to me.

Sorry I missed you Kelly. I hope both you and your mom had a great Mother's Day. My kids are old enough to remember my mom (they were 6 & 7 1/2). She was a great Grandmother too.

Now this is a great topic. Happy belated mothers day Pam and Kelly and to all of those Leafs Chat wives who put up with the hours of Leafs talk. I am very blessed to still have my mom with me. She is awsome to say the least. Even my ex-wife whom I am still friendly with is a dynamite mom to my duaghter. This is also such a blessing. I hope everyone enjoyed the day!!!
