According to an article just posted on TSN at least 1 Stars player tested positive for Covid today so they had to cancels today's practice. The article also said any player who tests positive has to isolate 10 days. CDC states a 14 day isolation, so why are they (NHL) saying 10 days?
Update: SN article says 6 Stars players and 2 staff members have tested positive for Covid, so now the Stars can't begin season play before January 19th.

Exactly what I didn't want to hear. This season may never get off the ground.

That's the way it hit me when I read it. A little later I read CBJ cancelled their practice today due to Covid related issues. That's 3 teams with 5 days to go before the season starts.
